# "Breaking" a lease..... Need some help

Just do a lease addendum now that is effective 11/1/08. Once she signs it she can’t back out. You can also put in there that it is pending you paying her dad the $ you owe him if it will make her more comfortable. Also make sure you pay him in a check and make a copy of it before you do!
