hit a socket on it. it works very well! ive done it many times.

Thanks for all the offers of help people. I ended up renting some locally. Still couldn’t do the job, last guy who put those lugs on toqued them to a gazzillion ft lbs. I gave up and bought nicer and bigger wheels. Lulz.
