Are brembo calipers rebuildable? More specifically the dust boots around the pistons? If so how hard is the process?

Not Very.

Idk if its any different with brembos, but I have rebuilt 240sx calipers (f/r) and a front one from my 01 Accord. The dust boot, while manageable, is a pain in the ass. it takes forever to get the boot to blow up around the piston and not come out of its seat.
