# brief power loss / stall

Over the last couple days, I’ve noticed that every so often I’ll be driving at a constant speed (hwy or city) and for a split second, the car feels like its losing power then comes back. Almost like its going to stall. On 2 occasions while stopped it has stalled.
I’ve seen a couple posts here with a similar problem that it may be the fuel filter. Could this be the case? What area’s could I check to find the problem?

Sounds like a high end miss. Check your ignition (cap, rotor, ignition wires) Change your fuel filter isn’t a bad idea.

Just to follow up… I replaced the fuel filter on Saturday and its been good on highway and off ever since. Was a quick job too.
