its NYC, there are no railroad tracks to escape thrugh, theres no woods they can drive through… Get 3-4 police cars and corner them in… Common fucking sense, you dont fucking ram them when you clearly see they dont have a helmet on… and all this aside, he said it was an acciideeennnttt… cop should be prosecuted JUST for that… I dont give a fuck if you suck cops dicks or what, if you think he didnt diliberatley ram into him your fucked in the head, thats called manslaughter.
