That’s the only reason they are doing it is because they know that fact. Whether or not it was justified to ram him is the real question here. But if not ramming… what other options are there? Shoot? Spike strips? lol Even if you do block them and they end up ramming the cop cars full speed while the cars are stopped and go flying… are the cops to blame again for “blocking them”? Hitting a stopped car and going flying would do more even MORE harm then them being hit while moving.
