Lettuce discuss: Dick is a decent guy, decent DC maybe, horrible HC. Glad to see him go. Ralph will have to pay Dick $3m/yr for the next two seasons still. That implies that we are still NOT going to bring in a real HC ($$$). Why the FUCK would they be srsly looking to Perry as an interim? He has taken a defensive unit that was formerly top 10 perenially, and dropped them to a bottom 10? HAVE 29th RANKED DEFENSE… GET PROMOTED. Why the FUCK isn’t Bobby April the interim? Was already the asst HC, only coach on staff with any cojones, has top ranked ST in the league for what, 6 years? Lastly (and MOST IMPORTANTLY) - we need to now address the General Manager situation. Get rid of the BS GM by commitee shit. You HAVE HAVE HAVE to have that “GUY”. Russ Brandon is not a football guy. He IS a marketing & business guy, fine, demote him. Bring in a FOOTBALL GUY, a GM that installs a CULTURE and is where “the buck stops”. A guy that will being in a serious Scout team - look at our horrific drafts since Polian (save for Marvs one year). You build teams via the draft. Bring in a real strength & condition staff - we have set RECORDS for injured reserve in consecutive years… thats not “luck”. Bring in a GM that KNOWS personnel - and can hire a staff that knows a playbook from a coloring book. Will Ralph pay for any of this? No. ---

I don’t think it really matters who they name as interim coach, the season is lost and nothing matters until we know who they will hire full time and what changes they make to the rest of the team/management. ---

why do we care who the bills head cock is? They are going to toronto soon anyways. Whoever willson hires fulltime will fail. Wilson might as well hire a peewee coach. If he did i wouldnt be surprised. ---

Yeah Levy bailed after he realized the mistake he made in hiring Jauron. I hope that April is promoted, not the DC like is being said right now. I’m also concerned that whoever it is will end the season on a 5-2 kick to finish at .500. If that happens, there is no way that Wilson will spend money on a big name coach. Whoever the coach is isn’t going to matter anyways until they get a real GM though. ---

No I am saying it’s not worth getting worked up over who the interim coach is since the rest of the staff is remaining untouched. The whole team needs a revamp from coaching to management to the shitty players that make up the team. What makes you think the team will do a better job developing our lack of talent with Bobby April as coach? ---

This team doesn’t have a lack of talent, they have a lack of accountability. April has proved he can get results that are consistently at the top of the league by motivating and working with what he has. This might not make him an ideal choice but given the alternatives that are in house, it would appear to make him the best choice. ---
