Ever been to NC, where taxes are 3 percent, and there isn’t the huge school taxes.

Ever wonder why Charlotte is doing so good, Raliegh?

So you can get a comparable house in Charlotte for 850 a month, including taxes?HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

SONYMA gave me 5 grand towards closing.

Paid all my fees, paid the attorney and home inspection, paid the taxes for a year, and paid insurance for a year. I walked from close with a check for 500 bucks, I came out of pocket with 1100 bucks.
