I wonder how many non-ms-13 related rear end collisions there were this weekend resulting in hit-and-run charges because the person bounced thinkin they were about to get beat up lol ---

I received this in an email from a Monroe County Sheriff: > I just read a teletype from the Buffalo Police Department > regarding a street gang called MS13. The teletype is dated March 26, > 2008 and states that the gang members are being initiated by bumping a > car. When the driver gets out to inspect the damage, the offender is > supposed to shoot the innocent party. This Hispanic gang has its roots > in Central America and is known to be extremely violent toward civilians > and police. Reportedly, this activity was to take place in the Niagara > Street and or Bailey Street areas of Buffalo.
