NY law for use of deadly force is “reasonable and immediate fear for your life or the life of another”. Paraphrasing obviously but if you search I know I’ve posted the actual statute before. So no, if these idiots rear ended you and you saw guys all tatted up get out of the car with guns and you killed them there would be no charges. That said, your one gun vs their many guns is probably not a situation you want to be in. If the car is drivable just take off. I’m confident enough that with all the autocrosses and track days I’ve been to that I could outdrive some gang banger. ---

Even if you are a small girl driving and this happened to you, and 2 or more Hispanics came to you and you were affraid for your life and had reason to believe they would cause bodily harm or death you could shoot them. ---

So what do you think will happen first? Someone gets arrested for a hit and run after a rear-end collision thinking it’s the gang, or someone gets shot after an innocent rear-end collision thinking it’s the gang? Either way I’m not going to be scared, but I’m glad the cops are overreacting (?) when they catch wind of a gang trying to enter Buffalo. Nip that shit in the bud. ---

True, it’s just reasonable fear for your life and that could easily come from bats or knives. But in this case what are the chances the most dangerous gang in America isn’t going to be armed. Oh wait, I forgot. NY’s strict gun laws guarantee they won’t be armed with guns. No way they’d be able to pass NY’s background check to get a concealed carry permit so in liberal dream world that means they won’t have guns. ---

I’m expecting to some some hispanic guy on the news because he was talking on his cell phone and rear ended someone resulting in some intense police standoff. Attention hispanic looking citizens… PAY ATTENTION AND DON’T ACCIDENTALLY REAR END SOMEONE FOR A WHILE. :lol: ---
