30" body lift should get you enough room for 60" rims and tires. I’d probably use 4"x4" or 4"x6" standing straight with a threaded rod running through it connected to the body mounts.
If you want to go for a lowered look with the body tight to the tires, get some tractor inner tubes, and mount a 1 hp 4 gal air compressor and a 1500 watt generator in the space between the frame and body. I’d use 24" blocks instead of 30". Put some 3/4" ply on top of the body blocks and the body mounts to hold them, and then run some scavenged air hose into the cab and put a regulator there for adjustment, and then out to each tube.
Also, don’t forget to start the generator before you go to keep the bags up.
