Any know what this was about? A little after 1pm today (12/7) I was heading into Buffalo on the 190 near the Peace Bridge and met two tour buses with what I thought said “Honor Guard” on the front display being escorted front, rear and to the side by police with their lights going. Plus there were a few cops following this parade. At first I thought maybe the Bills for the Toronto game but they would have been up there earlier than that. Looked around on the news sites and didn’t really see anything either. ---

honor guard military wise is a team that presents colors (flags) and does flag ceremonies for old vets at their funerals or similar things…i.e. 21 gun salute. but i dont know what it was for. ---

The game isn’t until 4, and it’s only a 1.5hr drive (good day, 2.5 bad day) so yeah, probably for the Bills game. ---

Probably returning troops. When I came home in may they had tons of cops and even fire trucks escorting our two busses. Almost made a vet cry like a school girl. ---

Today on 290 there were about a dozen white vans and only one or two had plates (from Georgia). Kinda wierd, don’t know what that was.
