So everything that the US presidency stands for, honor, integrity, unbias, etc is not as important as covering your ass? I agree, it’s a smart move in regards to keeping his ass out of a sling but as far as doing US President-quality things, this ranks right at the bottom…

And no, I don’t know that this is part of war and neither does Bush since he has no combat or military experience.
