# Buy a decent helmet. Or else!  Shoei carnage inside (along with bonus vid)

It is, especially for the price but I doubt it has the integrity of a shoei suomy or arai

The difference in helmets is comfort mainly, they all have to pass snell/dot in order to get the certification…

Zr1’s held up the best though believe it or not in the helmet test, it was a 90 dollar helmet…

I bet it felt like wearing a cinder block on your head though, weight,venting, and aerodynamics.
