you are looking at a 09 wrx with low miles. I would not be too concerned. If it had a dead cylinder I have to imagine you would notice on the test drive. They are stout cars to start with. It is not like you drove 7 hours to pick up a 1994 taurus with nearly a quarter million miles with a sketchy modding history and a owner that said I beat the piss out of this thing every time I drove it and it is awesome you should buy it… it is a 09 with 22K. drive it. ask questions, and if it does have a aftermarket exhaust and a tune bonus for you because you just saved 1K on stuff you probably would have bought anyway.

Didn’t that one have an airbag light b/c you had removed it or something too? I’d say you’re probably the exception.
