# buying a car without seeing it

I took a train to Chicago (one way) to buy my e30. It was a bit rustier than I had expected but the interior was better than described and it was mechanically PERFECT so I said screw it and bought it anyway. That was a sub $2000 car though, so it’s a bit different I’d imagine.
