# Buying a Laptop...

Friend wants to buy one today…budget is 800$ he basically only needs it for internet usage and to store pictures and video.

What do you guys suggest? And Why? I was thinking dell cause you can usually get them @ a decent price with the promo codes.

Post up some links… if its anything other then a dell we will be shooting to a circuit city tonight to pick one up.

I would never buy anything that expensive from a retail store.

Tax for one,mail in rebates you dont get back…etc.
