So I was looking at some pocket bikes online. They aint too expensive
I am just wondering are they legal on the street? I mean on pavements or side walks. Cause I am planning to use to go back and forth to school. and I live like 2 miles away from campus. I think I prolly need to wear a helmet. but what else other than that?

No completly illegal the police will take it and possibly arrest you. think about it first off it is an un insured and un registered motor vehicle which is a fellony right there no lights and so on they are illegal unles on your own private property.

Anything with an engine and no registration and plate in NYS is illegal on the street.

I got away with a bicycle with a 30cc engine strapped on all last summer though. The cops thought it was cool that I was getting 200mpg.
