# buying tires....where do you go?

Literally just got an email from DTD for their fall sales. Hard to compete with their deals.

Yeah, I got the email too. Not nearly as good as their bigger sales though since it’s just $100 off.

Here’s the last good sale they did:

I ended up with 75 off 4, 60 off for using their card, and 70 off from cooper. $205 in rebates plus no sales tax and no shipping? That deal is like a sore dick, can’t beat it.

Not the cheapest 225/40R18 on DTD but I’d recommend the FK510s. Quiet, good in dry, great in rain.

Dry off ramp:  
RT615K+ = 60mph+  
FK510 = 57 mph  
Pouring rain off ramp:  
FK510 = 55mph

Posted =25mph

I left FK510 on for a raining auto-x and finished in the top 10% in day 1, normally I finish in top 30% because I suck, and my car is not competitive.
