Looks like we’ll get a “constitutional right” to clean air & water in NY. My first thought was how groups opposed to the peace bridge tried to fight it based on air quality. ---

I think the twitter handles and pictures are very telling of the kind of people India Walton was getting support from. The Clean Air thing is definitely bad news. Say goodbye to ever having another mile of natural gas pipeline run, or another mile of highway built. ---
