I am looking to change my services from TWC to something ele. Called them up today to change my service around to get cost down. They offered me a lesser bundle for more then I am paying now WTF! I just do basic shit, no time really for TV and have no use for a house phone.
What other providers are you guys using? Internet is the one thing I really only need. Basic cable is fine for me otherwise.

Yea after I got dissconnected due to them transfering me. I gave up after that for today. I figured I would just cancel it and put it in my wifes name for a new customer deal.

We just did this and it saved us $50/month

cable guys have been here 4 or 5 times and have replaced the modem 3 times and still cant figure out the issue. Im guessing its probably not the modem but who the fuck am I?

It’s probably NOT the modem. It almost never is. They probably know what the issue is, and just can’t do anything about it, so they are blowing smoke up your ass. If you have extra speed, and are not getting it, it’s probably a configuration issue or congestion. For all you know, your node could have 400 people on it.
