If you are under DHA your first Dish mover is free. If you dont want to sign a contract then it’s $99.95. Also if you have used a club dish card then you can get a free Dish Mover.

As for the 622 you will have to go back to your origional retailer or get it directly from dish. They rate your account A,B or C. Prices go $149, $179, $199. If your are gettin MPEG4 HD for the first time you will get $10 off for 10 months. Also, if you have been a customer for 12 months or more you get another $50 rebate
