# Camshaft dowel pin

I froze the pin and was going to heat the cam up a little. Is there any chance of tapping it in or should I just take it to the machine shop to press it in?

dont heat the cam,freeze the plug & tap it in with a rubber or bass (if bass hammer has no burrs) hammer!
