# Can anyone do carbon fiber repair? Hockey skate, it's a tiny job

Not quite sure how this happened, but skates are pretty new (and pretty $400, though that was the post-season discounted price). I can replace the Tuuk holder, but the bottom of the skate needs a bit of work.

Is this in anyone’s wheelhouse?

Damn son what happened to that TUUK?My skates always got thrashed just like that… It’s just like a brand new stick… something is bound to chip on it your VERY FIRST SKATE OUT. Good luck with the fix and post results. I’m curious.
