# Can i modify Ka Rad to fit Sr?

Hey guys
Was wondering is it possible to modify Ka rad so that it can have the same outlet as Sr? Bascially cutting the outlet from the right side and welding to the left and patching the ride side up. Can it be done or will it ruin the rad?
Its mishimoto rad and its fairly new so i don’t want to buy another new rad for sr swap.

Can you just try to run a custom rad house instead of trying to cut up the tank?

just sell it and buy an SR one… you’ll be out like $50 or something
hardly worth massacring the KA rad.
i have SR ones in stock for cheap right now too.

It can be done. I wouldn’t do it though. Sell it and get the right SR rad for your Chassis.
