I’m a very good boyfriend. I would never think of cheating, I have 100% trust in my gf, and we have been together for almost a year now. Don’t try to make me look like the bad guy, just because of my sex.

I don’t feel like reading all the replies in this thread, because most guys are jealous assholes, anyway.
The answer is yes, they can. Of course, you will run into a situation where one of the 2 in the relationship has feelings for the other, but it is possible to just be friends.
