# Can State Park Police issue Speeding Tickets? LMAO!!

To my understanding they can go anywhere their busses go too which is pretty much anywhere. And the what everyone says about the DEC is correct, they can search you without a warrent all they have to say is they are suspecious of you poaching and you are fair game.

was it a guy or a girl? my brothers g/f is a policewoman for the starte parks in nia. falls

and yes they can write tickets, why wouldnt they be able to? they are still police officers
