any shop should be able to man the mounter should push it right off. take it to swerve. ---

i’d like to think that just about any shop you take it to will tear that off if you’re paying them to mount a new tire. ---

looking at the picture, why not just use a dremel. should be pretty easy. ---

Cutting is probably a bad idea because if you go a little too deep you mess up the part of the rim that the bead seals against. Only way I’d try to cut it was if I could wedge something between the wheel and the rubber. ---

I guess I needed to state the obvious that you use a pry bar or something to hold the tire away will cutting / dremelling. ---
