so me and 2 friends go up to canada tonight just to walk around and his gf wanted to take pictures we had like a total of $10 bucks between the 3 of us… so we walk across and we get to the boarder. the lady asks us for our ids and then asks us how much money we had we go about $10 between the 3 of us she goes ok u cant come in u have to walk back to the us. u have to have at least $20 per person to come into canada i didnt evan waste my time asking why she was a bitch… wtf is going on ---

:word: Blame Canada…Blame Canada… Come on are you seriously complaining about this? There is a reason if you say you are going to the Casino you float magically through the customs booth. They only allow us there to spend $…not to wander aimlessly about. I cant believe between 3 people you had like 10 bucks. For that I am sorry. And yes…if you have low cash at the border…always say you have a Credit Card…for one its the smartest way to buy anything in a different country and you dont get funny money for change when you pay with good old built with pride American dollars. ---

haha that is the best story… ive gone up there with just my license a few time , just to cruise around and do nothing… that does suck, next time carry some car more change, or use the 10 dollars to pay the border patrol off. ---

ive never heard that before. ive gone with nothing on me and told them i had an atm card. the best is when you say that you have an atm card, they ask you how much you have access to. say anything over 1,000 and you are in a whole new world of questions such as “what do you do for a living”, “how do you have that much money”, etc. ---
