I am testing the waters on this here first. I would rather not go the ebay route yet. Looking to upgrade my camera and the 60D needs to go. It is in excellent condition, i took good care of it. screen protector on both screens (back and top). comes with box, all docs, unused strap, charger, body cap, plus a few extras: vertical battery grip, extra battery, SD card, camera bag, and a tripod. note that it is the body only and does not come with a lens. i might be willing to part with one of mine, but the price would have to be right. awesome camera. it is a very rugged/weather sealed body. although i never tested that part out. handling this compared to the rebel series, there is a noticeable difference in build quality. scroll wheel and lots of external buttons mean you dont have to fumble around with menus. it shoots HD video at 24fps (movie look), has an articulating screen, 1/8000 sec fastest shutter speed, and lots of other little perks. also, i have an SD card loaded with magic lantern and ready to go. basically, it is a soft hack that give TONS of options for shooting stills, video, intervalometer (for time lapse), focus highlighting. really cool stuff. google it for more info. ---

for video it has HDR video (havent really messed around with it). it interlaces frames to increase dynamic range. it highlights where is focused. so say, you have 2 people standing in a line. you can manual focus on them and it will pixelate red or green (i think you can change the color) where it is focused. i am sure there are some other things too, but i dont remember. you can do an audio shutter release which is sweet. like snapping your fingers of clapping. you can superimpose a level, all kinds of live view display options. it really adds hundreds of things to the camera. ---

dont need to sell right away, but i guess i am a little flexible on price. let me know if anyone is interested. i will also sell the 50mm f/1.8 prime lens with the package. i would sell all for $685. the lens has been used 2 times and is basically brand new sitting in the box. ---

@dlatone Here’s my deal. My girlfriends birthday is Dec 21 and in the past I have made clear distinctions between here birthday and christmas. (shoot me in the face) This year however, she really wants a nice camera, as she was a photog major in college and has been wanted to get back into it. She has already made it known this year that it’s ok if I go joint gift on a new camera. This seems like a great set-up to get her back into it with minimal accesories to have to buy, if any. A few things, however: -I know very little about where the camera game is at as of late, but my buddy says this is the cats pajama’s for just about anything she or I will use it for. -December is a long ways off and I didn’t want to drop this money now but I could… -I’m in CA… willing to ship? PM if you would like, including some more pictures as well. ---

Listen up folks… @dlatone get’s a big thumbs up in my book. Camera came in last night, everything was as expected and then some. Well packaged, great shape, etc etc. Even though I am not in NY anymore, it’s dealings like this that make me fucking love this community. :bigtup: to @dlatone and NYSPEED. I would not hesitate to buy from this cat again.
