# can't send pm's or post reply's

i try sending pm’s or even posting reply’s in topics, but it says i am trying to post too soon… it says i have to wait a little while befor i post again or send another pm… but it’s been like that for a full day now… why is that?? somebody help me please… i need to send pm’s to get and sell some parts… thanks…
