# can't sync my pda

keeps giving me a microsoft exchange server error and it wont’ sync my contacts and calander

well give us more info than that…you using microsfot active sync and if you are look to see if you have the most current version

yes and yes this is an outlook prob not a sync prob, it won’t let me into outlook to change anythign it says “can’t connect to server” click ok and it closes

authentication… set username / password, or your exchange server isn’t availible… can you open outlook??? if so then it IS a PDA / PDA software issue.

no i can’t open outlook (as my previous message said)

so i reloaded the pda software i got with it and now it’s asking me for the 0utlook 2002 cd key (that didn’t come with it i looked all through the book and stuff) and it won’t sync at all now (plug it in won’t connect)

if you can’t hit the info store, then i’tll never sync… outlook saves nothing on the local drive… so you have to be accessing the info store to even get to your contacts.

setup outlook right and it’ll work…

i can’t it’s asking me for a cd key ug i dind’t have this problem before they re-imaged this computer
