# car buyer buys car for typo price, owner refuses to sell

found this pretty interesting… im sure if he decides to take it to court, hell lose, but im curious seeing what you guys think about it

cliffs: guy buys a car for 37k on ebay, sell refuses to sell due to it being a “typo”. now wont sell the car for less than 47k, buyer wants to sue and is looking for advice
