# Car has no power under load

My car is a 1989 340sx with a sohc in it I dont have a carbon canister so i just blocked off the lines.
Now when i start my car it takes longer then it should, a good 5 or 6 cranks before it starts, **when it starts it runs really low** and almost dies unless i tap the gas then its fine.
It **idles a little rough** but not anything out of the ordinary.
**when its idling i can rev it up freely** with no problems at all but when its under load it hardly wants to move , when i floor it nothing happens its almost as if the engine dosn;t know the throttle is open all the way. it also **backfires** alot
