Sounds like you need to find a new dealership or a new job. I sell cars and it is my CAREER! I love it, I meet new people everyday and drive new cars on a daily basis. Yes it can be slow at times but remember when it rains it pours! You have to know how to manage your money for the slow winter months. Even when its slow i still crank out 8-10 units a month. But i do work for Towne and we do have thousands of vehicles to choose from. When you have a customer DO NOT let them go until you show them all their options and the customer will appreciate your time. But at the end of the day some people are JUST looking and will not buy that day, they are just looking for info. Just do good follow up and keep in touch until they buy, whether its from you or not.
