A friend is interested in getting a car starter for winter so she doesn’t have to drive to work in a cold car. Curious if anybody on here has any hookup, what these things generally go for, how hard they are to install if i can just buy the parts and do it myself, where to go, etc… Not looking for anything fancy, just needs to do one thing…start the car. ---

Compustar has basic units as well. If you’d like stop in to Darylls Car Audio on Dick Rd tomorrow and ask for Dan…thats me. Ill be more than happy to help out. ---

so I just got my new 2010 outback and i searched for starters and came up with this tread… any update on your work days? PS is that your red audi out front that i heart? when i was selling my sti I considered one but needed a little more room :(. ---

I just went to jayz x quisite on baily.Only charged me 170 for a remote start.Every where else wanted 300.Seems to be a quality install ---

I actually went thursday or friday… Your car was there, I ended up getting the mile range one. If you can do anything after my origional write up I would appreciate it, if not no biggie. My install date is tuesday morning. ---

Its cool I didn’t ask because I was not sure of your name when I was in there. No biggie though just make sure they do a nice clean install and I will be a happy camper.
