If you find someone who really knows what they are doing you can get hand-laid CF parts that will be fine, but from what I understand it’s got a more severe learning curve than laying fiberglass so I’d be wary of anyone claiming their skill unless I could closely examine several of their parts. In addition, be aware that real Carbon Fiber can get “UV Burn” from sun exposure (the CF turns to a grey or golden color) if it’s not coated properly. This happened to my CF hood and as far as I know there’s nothing you can do to get the color back, you just leave it faded or you paint the part. > [@MJOLNIR!
