I have a holley 650 carb on my FE 352 in my 67 f100. Mechanical choke and secondarys. Other than changing the jets I see no other adjustments on this carb. Am I missing something? I don’t want to waste money on a new carb if this is usable.

Should be air screws in the metering block on the primary side, an idle adjustment screw near the throttle shaft, an adjuster on the accelerator pump, etc, etc.
