This has been talked about before, but I think the idea of having to pay court fees, lost wages, etc when you sue someone and lose is one of the best ideas surrounding the current system of civil law. This got out of hand a looooong time ago. ---

These lawsuits suck but they are better than the alternative…the little guy suing the big corporation has enough of a disadvantage as it is when corporations can throw millions into cover-ups and defense, without facing being financially ruined for the rest of their lives. Typical Texas mentality of help the powerful fuck the weak. ---

If you are “the little guy” suing “the big guy” they actually EXPEDITE the case so “the little guy” has less to pay in lawyer fees.
