I got to know the staff quite well, and they said the car stereo scene dropped off a lot thats why they didnt really do anymore shows. But you are right, they did a car show very well. Good classification, fair judging, and always had a good crowd in attendance no matter where the show would be. I remember going to the Judgment Day show in Albany on Broadway with my RSX…good times. ---

Mike and Greg were awesome. I went to the SLAP organized show in '07 at Precision Mobile Audio in CP and had a conversation with one of the judges. We were talking about shows and cars in general and he asked me “When you were 16, what was the first thing you did to your car?” I told him the stereo. He said; “Exactly, ask a 16 year old kid that now, and they will say rims, body kit, etc…” It makes sense, the audio craze seems to have been put on the back burner. I used to love going into the Saratoga Mall (not Wilton mall) when Electronics Warehouse had a store there, I was amazed looking at the different installs they had done to what seemed like a different vehcile each month. Good times. ---
