I think you mean “charged” there junior.

They will exceed that price processing this bullshit in court. So everyone get a lawyer and challenge it. I’m still waiting for people to get pissed off enough to storm Queens park and cripple the place like the farmers, truckers and cabbies do.

Less than half of those will be actual convictions.
