What does everyone think will happen with the Pittsburgh casino? I am still holding out hope that the Isle of Capri casino wins. Not just because I am a Pens fan, but because why pay for something that will need to be build by tax payors eventually when you can get it for free. ---

I think just about eveyone but Crookdel and his boys want IOC to win. But here is the deal IF there is a decision made today which I wouldn’t surprised if the decision was postponed for some lame reason…it is expected for the 2 parties that don’t get the license to appeal…and that would tack on another few months…in turn leaving the Pens in a harder spot they are in now. Just my view ---

I’m not really fond of any gambling sites in Pittsburgh at all, but IOC is def. the best option for the Penguins. I’m just hoping for the best. ---

i think it’s a bad idea… it’s not going to be a big time thing… if you can’t go play cards or shoot craps then it’s not gambling… fuck… we should all just go buy lottery tickets and hang out for the nightly drawing if slot machines are that exciting to you. /half-assing something ---

like gettin in and out of the northside is soooo easy already… fuck! the whole casino thing i think is stupid, a casino only takes money off the people its around and will bring the low people lower. the majority of the jobs it will create will be shitty service jobs with no benifits. you wanna help this city, get some kinda factory to come here. But like said I.O.C. was the only good option because of the pens. they had the I.O.C. chant going at the game last night… guess no one listened. ---

What I learned from this is 300 million for the city is not as good as a few mill for a few people. We can all still hope Cuban will man up and buy the pens or Steel whatever Beer guy will buy them and build us a new arena ---
