# Catalytic converter recyclers?

So I have a cat from my dads old 75 corvette laying around and two cats from my car that Im looking to swap for $$$. Does anybody know of any local places that buy used catalytic converters? Is it even worth the time?

yeah, I know. I put them up on some BMW and m5 forums but only got one bite that isnt going anywhere.

Rumor has it that its illegal to sell used catalytic converters though

There’s a guy in Rochester who will buy them. If you get a couple of them together, he’d probably drive out to Buffalo for them.
