Anyone ever use this cam? I thought Sam had it. I’m looking at a similar cam that “has the RPM range of the CC306 but will make more HP and TQ across the board and will make TQ in the 2500 RPM range unlike the CC306”.

I take that to mean it is a little more streetable. How unruly is the CC306 for the street?

i got the cc305 in my truck. but the cc306 i remember reading that it is really rough. it has a killer lobe to it.

i would go with something that is just as tall but with a larger LSA.

XE cams are pretty nice also

the 306 is KICK ASS!!!but i think it will be to much for what u want!!!🙂 i had it in my 89 formula(had an lt1)cam only motor went 11.93 n/a!!!:eek3: 😃
