dude have her call tech support. without both phones and knowing more of the situation, this is like “hey, my girlfriends uncles car is sputtering, whats the issue?” ---

its probably the brand of phone she has. perhaps it doesnt take the pictures in a compatible image for your phone to read. resolution maybe? Have her change the picture sizing ---
