# !! Centerforce clutch for SR !!

i need to know what centerforce clutch will work on a blacktop S13 SR motor and tranny.
i’ve heard that the one for the maxima works, i’ve also heard that the one for a KA works too…
please let me know if u do. thanks.

as far as my supplier has found out from centerforce, none of thier clutch setups are ‘designed’ for a FR SR20DET
they make a clutch for the CA18DET
SR20DE ( SE-R )
KA24D/E/DE
but they don’t have one for the SR20DET…
that’s not to say that one from another car won’t fit , you just won’t have any warrenty on it… BULLY out of ottawa makes a SR20DET clutch , stages 1-5 OR you can order a drift package\* 🙂 ( Flywheel/ BB pressure plate/ dics ) setup…
- drift package is custom to my shop in conjuction with bully…

Yup, I have a stage 4.78 • 1^-2/3, '89 Maxima clutch and pressure plate.
And you need a '95 KA TOB and pilot bearing.

BB pressure plate?? do you mean dual diaphragm??
Drift package?!?! how much? I can’t drift on my current setup, it must be because I haven’t been using a drift clutch. And my friends said it was because my rims arn’t flush, and that I need 10 mm spacers.

I dont think u HAVE to replace the pilot bearing if its good condition. If its in bad shape then replace it if its not then just re use it.
I got a new pilot bearing with my clutch kit. Im sure you can get one from the dealer.

BB stands for ball bearing it allows a heavy plate 4800lbs to feel lighter then a std OEM clutch package FC TII ( 1800lbs )
if this is your response to WHY a ‘drift clutch package’ then you don’t need it go back to HIN and stare at the Vibrant booth…yo. :roll:

these motors have pilot bushing not bearing… and they are under 5 dollers new from nissan i suggest u get 1 just because its so cheap and why the hell not?

tomorrow afternoon im getting the clip. the removal of my KA and clean up of engine bay will be this weekend.
