If those are the only rotted parts on the quarters then just get that area replaced from the body line down. My opinion is if you want it fixed right and have it last get a good body shop to repair it with new metal and not just fill it with bondo. You will need to replace the inner quarter aswell where its rotted too so this is quite a job and more rust might pop up when you actaully start doing the work. ---

if the upper part of the quarter panel is fine like around the wheel well etc then dont put in a new quarter panel this is an easy fix, all u need to do it cut out the rust. once thats done get some metal and weld it on, try to keep the cut of the metal nice and simple for example cut it in a rectangle shape when u cut the rust…then after that use some body filler to fix up any imperfections and personally i would invest in a rear skirt oem or aftermarket and it would cover up some of the job, incase ur not the best at body work easy fix but if its rust around the wheel well then replace the whole quarter ---

fiberglass it yourself. with some patience you and alot of work you can make it good again for a fraction of the price a body shop will chatrge,. 5-6 layers wil make it strong, prolly stronger then the sheetmetal around it. ---
