Same here. I’ve just been gutted since it happened. I’ll be fine for a few hours and then someone will send me a 2 minute segment of him talking to a hardcore liberal, and being the nicest person, and having such a solid conversation. Literally flipping the script on the liberal, and almost putting them in disbelief of how cordial the conversation can be, with 2 people having such opposing views. We need more of this. I saw the BEST quote yesterday, and I believe it to the core. Tons of other factors affecting accuracy as well. There’s been a lot of armchair quarterbacking that he had to be a “professional", which most of was wholly uninformed speculation. Now that the shitbag has been caught, those speculations are obviously untrue. ---

But I do believe that she’s independent and strong enough to know what she wants to do and when she wants to do it. I felt she wanted to send a message that their (Charlie’s) work wasn’t for nothing and their mission didn’t die with her husband. I sympathize with her cause and her (and her children’s / family’s) loss. She had no reason to make any statements or speeches before she felt it was time to do so. I hope she continues to take on fhe fight for the cause. ---
