# cheap bills tickets

My buddy has 2 bills ticket for sale for the denver game…they are in the van miller club section 238 he asking 60 but will take b/0 716/435-0410

$60 a piece or the pair? where is he located?  
I assume that is his number and he will have no clue what nyspeed is. I text him, no response.
