ohhh, the mail in shit? There the biggest scammers in the universe… My father tested them once, sent gold that we would have gotten $3,000 for at the refinery, they sent a check for $1,200 lolol.

Bumping this as the time has come to get the fuck out… i dont like cleaning, i dont like having mad space and im never home…

If it wasnt in schenectady i’d scoop it up with the quickness to rent out. But honestly, already keeping up with the current rental and such, plus the type of renter you’d most likely get, i think it’d be a pain in the ass vs the actual revenue

i was thinking more for someone to live in buy yeah, im in the process of turning it into a 2 family if it doesnt sell as well and renting both units out… bathrooms gonna be going in upstairs next week and then all i have to decide to do is the kitchen sink and to sheetrock 2 walls.

Dude, honestly I think it really is a sick deal, especially with me paying the down payment for whoever buys it… The neighborhood is reaalllyyyy not that bad either… it IS next to not so good areas but its also like…direcctllyy across from union college which obviously is a great area…
I’ve done so much work to the house too, updating it and shit, if you updated the kitchen the house would be fucking baller. PLUS im gonna leave the full gym and tanning bed in the basement just because im too lazy to move all of it lol… unless someone doesnt want it for some reason… I was told the garage would be real easy to make bigger too.
